Hello and Welcome!

Kristina, LCSW and Allan, LCSW founded Redwood Reflections in 2026 in response to a growing need for a variety of therapies both in person, in rural Northern California as well as via telehealth throughout the State.

Redwood Reflections is a private practice located in Eureka, CA and is designed to meet people where they are at and help them get to where they want to be. We offer in-person services including play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR (virtually and telehealth), and telehealth services throughout the State of California.

People who may benefit from Redwood Reflections are people that overall feel a sense of being stuck and are unsure of where to go from there.
